Care: INQA Coaching funding can help small and medium-sized care providers find innovative solutions

Challenges in the nursing sector

Shortages of young talent, time pressure, high rates of sick leave, high staff turnover, quality problems, insufficient time for professional development, physical and mental strain, dependence on temporary workers, documentation requirements, rising costs – the technological and personnel challenges facing healthcare providers are manifold. Recruiting and retaining skilled workers, in particular, are challenges across all sectors. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), however, often lack the resources to test innovative ideas.

The INQA Coaching funding program offers SMEs

  • Coverage of 80% of coaching costs

  • Tailor-made solutions for specific challenges and customized operational improvements

  • Involving employees in developing solutions

  • Improving teamwork with minimal time investment

  • Assistance with applying for and processing the funding

The funding framework of INQA coaching

Companies with fewer than 250 employees and a maximum annual turnover of €50 million can engage authorized coaches who will conduct agile coaching projects with their employees, tailored to the company's specific needs. Up to 12 coaching days within a six-month period are eligible for funding. Program funds cover 80% of the costs.
